"Unfortnitly I have lost my IPad at the hotel room and when I reported to the hotel front desk they have said they will conduct an investigation and come back to me . Next day the answer was we cannot help you you can go to the police . I'm very sure someone from the housekeeping has stolen my IPad therefor I would never recommend this hotel to any one specially to my company staff and my family member ."

"Very good 4* hotel. Excellent location - just 5-7 minutes walk from BTS Skytrain or MRT Underground, also no problem to find a taxi or tuk-tuk near the hotel. Large very well equipped rooms with excellent view from the window and the balcony. Big supermarket and free parking located in a bulding next to the hotel. The hotel is clean, excellent service, very friendly and English speaking staff. Nice restaurant and swimming pool at 26th floor. Considering the location, prices, rooms size and design, facilities, it is a very good value for the money."
"Very big/ spacious room, with washingmachine and dryer for clothes even in the bathroom. Great beds, nice view and situated very near to a great shopping mall called terminal 21, all airport and land-themes per floor. Breakfast in the long table area was perfect and much variety. All white lounge seats, red cusions, very stylish. Pool and view looking over the park and city. Wifi free."

Oakwood Apartments Trilliant Sukhumvit 18 is a well-appointed Bangkok hotel, which brings a touch of luxury to the centre of Bangkok.Overall stay was excellent. Highly recommended for those going to Bangkok. Will surely come back if we get the chance. Location is superb as it is near Asok BTS/ Sukhumvit MRT that enabled us to roam around the city easily. Staff is always approachable, friendly and corteous always. Room is cosy and spacious and able to sleep soundly on the bed.
